Write to us
The address is info@wealthparadigms.com. There is no contact form, no phone line and no chat. Start the subject line with one of these words and your message reaches the right person faster:

We reply on working days, usually within five. Privacy requests are answered within one month, as the law requires.
What we can help with
We can explain what a term in a guide means, point you to the source a figure came from, correct a mistake and tell you how the site is funded.
What we can't help with
We are not the company that issued your policy, your card or your loan, and we are not a licensed adviser. So we can't:
- tell you which product to choose, or whether an offer is right for you;
- check the status of an application, a quote or a claim;
- change, cancel or dispute anything on your account with a provider;
- receive payments or documents for a provider.
For any of these, contact the provider directly, using the details on its own website or on your documents. If you can't resolve a problem with a US provider, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau accepts complaints about banks, lenders and card issuers, and your state insurance department handles complaints about insurers.
Please don't send sensitive details
We never need, and will delete on sight, your Social Security number, account or card numbers, passwords, copies of identity documents, medical information or full application forms. A description of the problem and the page you were reading is always enough.
